Payroll Giving

Please support the PTA through Payroll Giving, and ask your employer to match your donation.

If you are paid via PAYE you can donate as you earn through a Payroll Giving scheme. You won’t pay tax on what you choose to donate.

It’s free to set up –  all you need to do is sign this letter to your employer template  and give it to your employer.

How does Payroll Giving work?

Any Payroll Giving Agency (PGA) can provide advice on how matching could work for your company. It will mean amazing support for the school and make your child’s experiences and opportunities enriched.

Once an employer sets-up a Payroll Giving scheme:

•    Employees are free to decide how much they wish to regularly give to support any UK registered charity of their choice
•    A deduction is made every pay day from employee‘s gross pay (pre tax)
•    The employer transfers the donations to the contracted PGA with a reconciled schedule of employees‘ contributions
•    The PGA will collate and distribute the donations to chosen charities each month

Employers can also benefit from advertising their success with the Payroll Giving Quality Mark and have their employees’ efforts recognised by applying for a National Payroll Giving Excellence Award

Prior Weston School & Children’s Centre PTA is a registered charity (Number: 1061032) at Prior Weston Primary School and Children’s Centre, Golden Lane Campus, 101 Whitecross Street, London, EC1Y 8JA
